What buyers should know
Before you travel, check that an invitation names Clovelle of Woodlands and Sim Lian, and states the venue, date and time. At the showflat, look at room sizes, storage and accessibility, and ask which finishes and furniture are included in the price. Keep your EC eligibility and loan questions separate from how a display unit looks.
The venue, opening hours, entry rules and booking slots are not out. Contact Davis Ng for the showflat date and he will pass on the appointment details when Sim Lian confirms them.
Register with Davis Ng for the preview notice. When Sim Lian issues the floor plans, read them next to the price status so you know which unit type your budget fits before you visit.

Clovelle of Woodlands EC Showflat — FAQ
Is Clovelle of Woodlands taking showflat bookings yet?
Not yet, because Sim Lian has not opened bookings. The Woodlands Drive 17 address is the land site and not necessarily where the showflat will be; contact Davis Ng for the venue once it is announced.
What should a real Clovelle preview invitation include?
It should name Clovelle of Woodlands and Sim Lian, with a venue, date and time. Be wary of messages that quote prices or promise a unit before Sim Lian has released an official price list.
